For your convenience, we list below a number of accommodation options that can be booked. In offering these accommodation options, the ECAI 2020 organizers act only in the capacity of agent for the accommodation providers, and have no control over them. The ECAI 2020 organizers assume no responsibility for and will not be liable for any inconvenience or damage suffered by conference participants which may arise by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of the accommodation providers or its employees, or (2) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under control, direct or otherwise, of the ECAI 2020 organizers.

In order to book any of these accommodation options, please:

• Contact the corresponding accommodation provider –contact details can be found below-, indicating the reference ECAI2020 at the time of your reservation to be able to benefit from these rates.
• Rates are guaranteed until July 1st, 2020 and for a limited number of rooms. In any other case, rates will correspond to those in force at the time of reservation for that accommodation provider.

Whether in these hotels or others, please book early! June is a very busy season in Santiago de Compostela, and we expect hotels and other accommodations to fill up quickly. Accommodation options may be very limited if booking is not made well in advance.
