Highlight papers are evaluated against the same criteria as to full paper submissions: Relevance, Significance, Novelty, Technical quality, and Quality of the presentation. However we will keep in mind that highlight papers are 2 page abstracts so, Relevance, Significance, Novelty and Technical quality, refer to the work reported and not the paper itself. Ultimately the question that one as to answer to assess a highlight paper is how much its presence at the ECAI 2020 would be of interest to the attendees and enhance the ECAI 2020 program.
